Freezing

Every time I go on this game after a bit it starts freezing hope you can put it right cos I like playing this game and every time
I update the game it freezes pleases sort it out cos I like playing this game but if it carries on freezing I will be deleting it

Just updated but I really don’t like the new layouts with about 20 images!! I’ve played over 12000 levels and much prefer the
more challenging ones that are 14 x 14 or similar

Problem opening

Game suddenly stopped loading. I deleted it then reloaded, but still can’t open it. I really enjoyed playing this game so sorry
I won’t be able to now.

Too small

Some of the games are so small you can hardly see to play needs to be bigger otherwise it’s a good game

Rewards

Love this game but all of a sudden the rewards have gone or at least have changed so you now have to play multiple games to get
one extra life.....unimpressed 🤨
I've reached level 2000 and something but the game seems to have reverted back to super easy games,is this meant to happen?

I love this game but since the new update it glitches all the time!
I don’t mind the advertisements but they seem to be the only thing that doesn’t glitch.

No access to Onnect cup

I had enjoyed this game and subscribed but have now cancelled as my accesss to the cup challenge has stopped and even though I
contacted the app support they did not reply.

One tile left?

I am on #268 and had to use numerous reshuffles as the bottom line of tiles would not match. Got down to 1 tile remaining which in
a matching game should not be, there is no method of reporting this issue hence will try this way. No problems up to #267 only
incessant ads.

New update doesn’t let me play

I have recently updated the game but now when I click on the game it crashes. I had no problem with it until I updated it. Please

Why does this need internet to play?

Why can this now only be played online, I downloaded it to use offline for the last few years, but now it doesn’t function
without being online after the last update!

Good game poor performance

I do like this game it’s a good stress reliever but the performance is poor. Constantly latency issues and then the app freezes
and I can’t do anything with my phone. It never used to do this but I’ve noticed this year it’s been pretty bad.

Onnect

This is a fun game but it freezes and crashes all the time which gets very frustrating. I thought it may have been my phone but it
also does it on my iPad! The ads also glitch and you can’t get past onto the next level

Answers

Why are you not addressing the issues. There are hundreds of people complaining about a few issues but nothing is getting done.
