Good CBT training but food database unreliable.The CBT training is good; and the food colour system useful. Calorie counting is absolutely key to this app but the database is
VERY inaccurate - eg “porridge oats” counted as only a quarter of the true value! So you’ll need to check EVERY SINGLE TIME.
BuggyI do like the app and the programme works, but there are bugs in how active energy is processed when reading data from Apple
Fitness (essentially it double counts data resulting in calorie estimates being too high). Tried to report but apparently the
online help team can’t log bugs…
Overall pretty goodAll the messaging and the community are fantastic. However the app itself is really un user friendly.
Expensive 💷I filled in the profile and felt like they were a really good app and support group and was ever so hopeful, only to find it costs
£189. Far too expensive. I didn’t expect it for free, but that’s way out of my price league. Very disappointed 😢

“Free trial” - may not be freeSigned up to a free trial only to be charged £14.41, refunded very quickly when I challenged it but be cautious!
Slow.The app and approach works but recently (late 2021) the app has become excruciatingly slow.
Also it tries to be clever by using ‘hip’ language which sometimes grates.

Can even borrow magazines. Highly recommend. Just wish they had even more books available..
