Noom

Great app however, it needs to be updated and upgraded. You’re not allowed to log ahead. I was able to do that on another app
when I prepped my meals and that helped me stick to my plan better and the food look up is not as convenient as other apps that I
have used.

I am 61. I wear readers. Please at least make the calories on the top bar a little bigger

Program definitely better than the app

Clunky app! Have to exit far too often. Find myself closing app and reopening to get it to reset or to exit somewhere it is stuck,
far too often. Barcode scanner only reads half the time, and not always the right item. The program itself is wonderful though.
Wish using the app was on par.

Not Bad

Its really good while you’re paying dor it. Once you cancel, the reminder messages change completely. Today I got one that said
“That breakfast wont log itself 🙄”

App Issues

I just signed up for this app at the beginning of the month and paid in advance and today I go to log in and was bumped and they
are trying to make me redo everything and repay, but when I go to manage my subscription it shows I paid for 6 months on July 3rd.
I am so confused. What is going on.

Food barcode inventory is poor

There are less expensive and even free meal tracking apps with way better inventory to simply scan a barcode for nutrition facts.

I found the positivity of this app borderline toxic, and wasn’t able to customize dietary preferences how I wanted even with
premium.

This App Needs Dates

Why aren’t there dates in the Noom app. The arbitrary M-S header is frankly unhelpful and makes it hard to track previous
weeks/months especially for those of us who have to track a certain number of meals during the month to meet health plan
requirements.

System issues

Used Noom with great results three years ago. Needed a refresh so fired back up. The lessons and library will not open and
display, and am having issues getting this resolved.

Scanning issue

Anyone else having issues with scanning barcodes for food items?
I love the program it is so helpful and is working great. I just wish the update included a fix in the scanning of barcodes. It
worked fine when I first started the program back in August, but now it’s not working. Please fix 😩

Fantastic Program - Discounts NOT

I wanted and really needed to go back to noon because it’s the only program that ever really worked for me. I saw an
opportunity with an email they sent me saying $199 for a year but with the code 6 months free. The actual discount was only $39.

Invalid email

The customer service email doesn’t work, it’s invalid. Also, I tried making a subscription but it is having some tech issues
and it won’t let me sign up. :(

Not able to use IPad and IPhone

I had to cancel because the app doesn’t allow syncing data to IPAD and IPhone.
