Honestly why is the app needed? You can already connect ur headphones in Bluetooth settings. The only reason I got the app was to

App works great with my XM4 earbuds other than then resetting my iphone volume to 50% every time they reconnect. Please fix the

Very problematic

First: everytime i want to connect my headphones to another device, i need to enter the app, enable 2in1 bluetooth feature and
connect the device i want.
Secondly: now i cant enter or even register my account because everytime i try it give me an error

Pause issue

I’ve noticed since the last update if I pause and restart the audio will not pick back up even though the action is picked up to
start again by tapping my ear bud. I have to put the buds back in the case and then put them back on to fix. I’m using Link Buds

"Record activity" toggle keeps turning off

There are gaps in my activity because the toggle keeps turning off by itself. Really annoying that the data isn't accurate now, so
all that info is kind of useless at this point.

Can you add a way to turn off the touch control sounds. It makes the sounds even the touch control is turned off which does not

Needs a Mute option

2 custom actions are available but there’s only 1 choice - Spotify. A Mute option would be super appreciated as an action. If on
a call and stepping away from the device making the call, you’re currently stuck either muted or unmuted. It’s been 5 stars

Theres only room for 5 frequencies. I wish there was expansion for more frequencies, and the choice to choose the frequencies.

Functional but Flawed

All the functions are here, but I think the developer should disable swiping between tabs. Sometimes I try to adjust a setting,
but it changes between tabs of the menu instead. Disabling that would make the app a lot more usable.

Thought there would be more customization?

I want to be able to control ambient sound, raise and lower the volume, and pause/play songs right from the headphones but the app
