Better upgrade your device

I love this game, and I have been playing since it 1sr came out. But recently on older devices the game is high unstable. On my
iPhone 14 it’s completely stable and a blast to play. But on my iPad mini 5th gen it’s completely unstable and the game will
crash every other minute.

Fun but slow

I agree with the bully aspect of previous players comments.
I continue to get depleted by massive ships I have no chance against. When 1 ship can take
Out my base that’s ridiculous.
I don’t spend money but play daily, getting to a point to delete the game.

Game is glitchy and buggy

Doesn’t always give the right awards And sometimes just kicks you out Randomly. Also players much more powerful than your self
destroy your ships, But you can’t do the same to other Lower players. Overall not a bad game.

Not advancing….

At the beginning of game you have missions on officer,ship,etc then you collect when achieved.The problem is it is not letting me
collect even though I have achieved all missions I can’t get Officer Moreau or pike.please resolve this issue.

Rarely have a problem but…

I rarely have a problem with the app but I have an issue with the Field Training tasks. I have long since done some of the
research and building tasks but they aren’t autocorrected.

Pretty good

The game it self is fun. But it is full of rude adults who can’t grow up that will kill you and bully you and say they can
because of a stupid thing they call ROE. I personally have had a good time but I just lost everything i had because someone
attacked my station.

Tech Support

This is just to say thank you to tech support for restoring my lost progress after switching to iPhone from an android phone. I
had lost 25 levels. It’s nice to have them back. They got it fixed pretty quickly.

A lot of fun for a phone game.

Game glitching even worse now

All the additions without removing things, including old inventory, is slowing the game down. The focus now on player vs player is
stupid and making the game less fun to play. The developers need to refocus on the basics, pare things down, and attempt to make
it a more cohesive game.

Freezing

It’s a pretty good game but is constantly lagging or freezing up. I have to uninstall and reinstall time and time again.

Needs some fixing

Great game but the balance of power is so off. Older players and those who spend hundreds of dollars stay on too. Plus the
Enterprise D skin looks ratchet. No one wants to see a damaged ship. Fix that.
