Love this AppI was already a fan, then i realized I could pair a pulse oximeter to it. OMG what a cool tool. Helped me push my breathhold time

Great tool to increase Breath Holding CapabilityWas recommended this app because I was hoping to increase my breath holding as I’m in the water a lot. By doing the exercises
I’ve increased from 50 seconds to 2:39 in less than a week. My original goal was 3 minutes. I expect to hit that very soon.

ID by amo - Good but can get it figured out.please read!. Its a great app in my opinion but i can not get to make more of them so then i have to delete my last one i made what i worked
