TerribleDisconnects and gives constant error messages when you attempt to print. You will spend WAY more time troubleshooting than you
will printing. Iām VERY disappointed in this app and my HP āsmartā printer.

ScanningI have had to scan my documents, using my telephone because on my iMac it wonāt give me the option anymore to scan and send to
an email at my office. Itās only allowing me to send it to a phone number.

So far so goodI just replaced our old HP printer and so far the process was as seedless as I could expect. Aside from me putting the photo paper
in upside down every picture is perfect. I havenāt yet printed a document but I have no reason to believe it would not be as
flawless.
It took me over three years to figure this outI finally figured this out today. Each piece instructions are terrible.
Sizing picturesI canāt seem to get 4x6 to be an option. Only 5x7 or larger
Working well until it didnātThe most part, the app and the printer works great. The mobile fax not so much. Until recently, I have not been able to send a
fax. Apparently, Iām not the only one. Several people have had same question on the their community. Reinstalling the app
does not work.

HP envy 6052Itās great to print from my phone. It makes beautiful scanningās and itās very easy to use. I just wish I could hook it up
to my computer. Iāve tried and tried and tried. Iām on the third day. And it keeps doing the test sheet.

HP Envy InspireI know nothing about printers. I just knew I was tired of not having one and tired of replacing expensive ink all the time.
I chose this printer and it was so easy to set up and has been so easy to use. I really like the idea of ink being sent to me
before I run out! So far Iām loving it!

Not sure if I recommend this printerNice printer although it takes a while to learn how to use it. Printing from your phone is a challenge. Scan doctor doesnāt work
with this printer and it is hard to find out whatās printing.
PrinterThe printer is very slow and print large words
Keep tryingSoftware a latte tricky but it does work. Odd the HP site did not like my HP printer generated code to adjust the settings.

Misleading print preview.The print preview screen is different from what actually prints. Part of my picture was cut off but shows on the preview.
Printer disconnects from Wi-FiSome times the printer logs off and I have to turn it off and the on
Annoying redirects to Web pagesFor anything a little out of ordinary, like tracking Instant Ink usage, you get redirected to a Safari page which requires
additional authentication. The HP web site authentication totally confuses the password assistant. On par with my experience with
HP software.

Also I donāt care that it doesnāt work when I am logged onto my vpn.
Why MUST I have an account to use my printerI canāt scan without a login on my iPad. Works without it on my iPhone. Why do I need an account to use my own printerās
functions. Dang.
Constant sign-in requiredI use this maybe once per week. I have to sign in every time (āsession expiredā) and it makes me change my passcode every few
months. This is harder to get into than a bank! What a pain.
Still BuggyApp still takes too long to load and pull info concerning printer status
ReviewThis app is really awkward and obscure to useāand it has fewer options than printing programs used to have. Because I bought an
