Can't play act 2/3

The game is fine on act one but I have bought the full game 3 times and I still can't play act 2/3 I have tried reinstalling the

Laggy and kicks me out

I’m playing on iPad mini 4 and it kicks me out now and then and it’s so laggy when it finally lets me in. It’s very annoying

I was in the basement in act one on my other device then mr peterson (the neighbor) came in and thats not really the part of the

So I got the key card and it was the first thing I did and I put it in the thing you scan it and later I dropped it and when I got
back the thing that you scan the key card it was red like it is when you haven’t scanned it and the key card despawned and so I
couldn’t beat the game

See, I have played hello Neighbor on this iPad before but then I deleted it because I finished it however I downloaded it again
and the screen with the clock loading doesn’t load it just is a never ending loop I have no idea what to do Google right now is
useless but yeah it’s just not loading.

Cuts out

Hi, I like this app but when I save the game, and then I press continue, it will just randomly cut out and close the app. It is so
stupid that it does that. And sometimes the neighbour glitches. Well I fix that by throwing something at the neighbour and it
fixes it. Ha ha
