I love H&M for my family’s clothes, however, the app is absolute trash. It crashes all the time.

Product scan look-up is broken

I work at H&M and I try to help customers look up products for different sizes or colors etc. using the app but the “scan”
function is broken and does not work, you have to enter the product # (P/N) manually and NO customer is going to know how to do
this. Please update the app soon with a fix.

I like the app I just don’t like how they replace the inbox section on the app. It was easier to access before, now I have to
look for it through the app

Last update messed up barcode scanning

Barcodes won’t open up listing of items anymore

Good but freezes.

I like the organization and features of the app but it’s annoying to use when it freezes out of nowhere. The only way to
“fix” it is to close the app and start again- only for it to freeze again.
