DQ orderingApp is easy to use. Only 1 complaint, needs an option to pay with cash when you arrive for pickup.
A few additional featuresA few additional features for customizing items would be helpful. Being able to choose kid cone flavor, twist would be great or
special requests like in a cup without cone etc.

don’t works very often. Other than that pretty good app.
PickupI was trying to be able to pick it up through the drive through but it did not give me that option.

Dq app limitationsLove your app however want to bring to your attention that when ordering a cone you cannot select ice cream flavors but
interestingly you have to select dip flavor if your order that. Should be able select both flavor ice cream and dip for online
order.
BlizzardUnable to change ice cream flavor for blizzard in app. App only does the default of vanilla ice cream. Otherwise you would get
all 5 stars. I give 5 stars to the Tilton, NH store.
Great but…Wish you could customize the ice cream flavor if you want chocolate instead of vanilla

CustomizationIt is nice to order on the app, but it would be great if there was an option somewhere to substitute chocolate ice cream in the
blizzards.
CouponI opened the app and it said it was giving me $5 off a $10 order. A thank you for using the app. I clicked on redeem but it did
not take the $5 off. ☹️
BlizzardBoth of the blizzards order was delicious at the top, but the last part was mainly vanilla ice cream. ☹️

No chocolate ice cream???I love dq but was very sad tonight that they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. I also wish that you could customize your blizzard
with chocolate ice cream on the app or add bananas to a hot fudge sundae.
Apple Wallet support for DQ pointsPlease consider adding Apple Wallet support for the DQ points card. It would be so much more convenient to have it show up
automatically on my home screen when I arrive at my favorite DQ location.
Okay but can use a lot of work.Just used the app for the first time, only three drink options which was odd. Not very customizable for being an app, no twist
option for a cone and no option for just ice cream in a cup. Other than that it’s a good app just needs work

Our order on 8/23/22We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and had no bacon on our burgers. Our granddaughters kids meal did not have its dilly bar.
