All-in-One Solution

Easy setup and intuitive interface. Very easy to discern location, driving history, and phone activity. Excellent alternative to
Life 360, which we found lacking in certain areas. Definitely recommend.

One suggestion

It doesn’t support multiple time restrictions very well. I would make a weekend and weekday time restriction and it randomly
resets the times. If you adjust one of the times it resets both. I just checked them and I had to reset them both. It’s
annoying that it doesn’t save very well.

iPhone 13 loss of notifications

Since upgrading to the iPhone 13, I can no longer get notifications/alerts. I had alerts set for the kids when they arrive/leave
home, school, work, etc. that’s what I find annoying since upgrading

Too many bugs

The location isn’t always accurate otherwise I would give it 5 stars. My child still receives calls that aren’t on the trusted
list either which isn’t okay. They need to tighten up some features to make it safe and user friendly.

Good but….

I enjoy the app but it still experiences glitches where I don’t get the location reports or I have to refresh the map 5 or 6
times to get an up to date location on my child. When it works well it’s the best thing for monitoring the activity of your
child.

Features don’t work

The blocking feature doesn’t seem to work. I blocked a phone number for one of the lines and the calls and texts still come
through so I’m unsure why I’m paying $5 if it doesn’t even work
