THE BEST CARRIER EVER!!!I couldn’t be happier with Verizon
Call Filter reviewCan’t begin to say how much the service helps. It is just totally amazing my phone hardly ever rings and when it does, I know
it’s from someone that I know. Thank you so much.
Best app to haveKeeping you protected from spam calls scammers and ex girlfriends from calling for money. Block them from any 6 digit number
Please helpPlease help stopping the unwanted texts emails phone calls that infringe on my privacy moral opinion and overall out look on how
my freedom is not being respected.
Blocked callersThanks for blocking the numbers listed
Works alright butI had a problem receiving a call I know I was expecting. It doesn’t have the option to let the call go through. It blocked it
automatically.
Nabs about halfBetter than a poke in the eye, or a telemarketer calling
Really worksThis app is great at blocking U.N.-want calls. TY
Scam Calls Reduced! It doesn’t stop all the spam but it drastically reduces the calls. I love the fact you can block and report numbers.
Let’s you terminate junk calls instead of going toThis app is great at blocking robocalls and allows you to terminate the call instead of going to voicemail in the basic tier.
I am very happy with VerizonYour customer service is great they always try best to do to help you if not they get a supervisor to get the issues resolved
Call Filter worksHave been using Call filter for several years. It works good, blocks spam calls, alerts me of th incoming calls risk level,
let’s me select block caller. It does the job. Not sure if other apps have a different or better algorithm and database but, at
$48/ year I may shop around.
Call Filter!I was getting 4-5 spam calls a day. No longer thanks to Call Filter. I highly recommend it!
Physician/patientThanks for a great service these last 3 days.
Patient with troublesome phone.
Dr Carole Weaver
HelpsHelps me out a whole lot. Thanks!
Call FilteringThis is great as always some calls do get through which causes a great annoyance but overall it’s great to know who is it so you
just don’t waste your time answering these calls during work hours or your leisure time. Thanks Verizon 👍🏽

Not what it’s cracked up to beIt still allows 60-70% of unwanted calls through. I feel as tho if the number isn’t from my personal contact list the call
should be flagged and sent directly to my voicemail.
Doesn’t see recent callsI get all kinds of spam and when I report the number, I get “this number hasn’t called you recently”…whether the number
called half a dozen times or just in the last day.
Update: not available on prepaidCall Filter isn’t available on Verizon prepaid accounts. A good alternative is Number Shield. It does everything I wanted this
to do, it’s free, and the developer doesn’t collect your data.
Working now.Working now, but I had to completely remove the Call Filter from my Verizon plan and reedit to get things working, right.
DissatisfiedWas told they could block calls from coming in on voicemails. Get at least one every day
I still get a lot of unknown callers.I’m not impressed with this service.. I don’t understand why most of the calls coming in don’t display the name of the
caller.. I expected to actually be able to know who’s calling.. hopefully they improve this at some point..
Works ok butSends you messages periodically that it hasn’t seen me in a while? Why the need to see me? Just do your job and block spam
calls!
Silly notificationsPeriodically the app sends a notification that it hasn’t heard from me in a while?
This is a spam filter why do you need to hear from me at all? Do your job.
Mostly goodThe base functionality is in place and works fine, but the app lacks polish and has some UI bugs.
Not WorkingVoiceover is not announcing the names of numbers not in contacts. Please fix as it has not worked in a long while. Thank you!
Issue: reporting is brokenReporting a number by sharing a number from recent call log fails and doesn’t work. When you indicate spam the window moves off
the screen and I can’t finish reporting.
Update: not available on prepaid(Updated: developer replied to original review) Call Filter isn’t available on prepaid accounts. I couldn’t delete review so I
changed to 3 stars since I can’t rate the app. I don’t want to change my plan so I guess I’m stuck w/ silence unknown calls.
Feature requestPlease add feature for area code filters to also block from voice mail in addition to the call block.
Other than that it’s good at filtering out area code spam.
Bring back share contact shortcutPlease bring back the feature that let’s us share a call log number directly into this app so we can report it as spam quickly.
Thanks
Does not block or give caller ID of most callsStill have so many telemarketers calling/hang ups. Most are local numbers using VOIP. I can google and find the name of people
or if it’s a VOIP, so why can’t a phone company?
Anonymous callersLove the caller ID and spam blocking features. But I’d love to be able to block anonymous callers.
CallsStill getting voice mail robo calls all day

Needs some improvementI like this but I’d like to see a neighborhood list you can add to safe callers. This would allow you to add the area code and
prefix for coworkers to ensure they aren’t caught up in the spam filter.
