Love itI was looking for a replacement for Microsoft To Do since it was being buggy and slow. Things is great! The interface is clean and
easy to use, and so far it has all the features I’ve wanted. I love that it’s a one-time fee, too. No complaints so far!
Repeating tasksI’d give Things five stars if they would EVER fix the rigid repeating task rule that refuses to allow you to complete a
repeating task early. It’s been broken for years and years.
Awesome AppMy first blush with this app and it has not disappointed me. Loving it so far!!!
The best app on my Mac and phone for 13 yearsSimple and excellent. Great product and focus. Thank you!
My plannerI use this app as my to do list along with google calendar.
They keep it updated and bug free. You can customize it as far as the buckets you keep information in. It syncs across your
devices but you do have to buy licenses for each device type.
Fantastic organizerSimple, elegant, helpful. No distractions, just productivity.
Need UI UpdateI love this app! It keeps me on task.
But, I think it needs a UI refresh.
Very intuitiveI haven’t quite found anything glaring in the functionality that is missing as yet. This is very easy to use. Just wished it
had a PC desktop version and the ability for me to print the data.
Simply worksIt’s a simple and clean interface and it works.
Best EverI've tried them all. Love this thrmost. Fav is that it shows my calendar in App. Love that
Amazing AppPhenomenal organizational tool.
Great product, but please fix the iOS widget’s + bOn the iPhone widget, the + button for adding a new item to the Inbox doesn’t work. It used to open the new task modal, now it
just opens the Inbox. Please fix that as the widget is harder to use without it.
Otherwise, great product. Keep up the great work!
PicturesI miss the way Wunderlist used to do screenshots and clips inside todo. Otherwise awesome app.
Took the riskSuper relieved to find that this thing lives up to the catchy advertising of the complete revamp of this app. I bought the desktop
version too. A little much but find it to be worth the money.
Been looking for an app like thisThis app does exactly what I wanted to do so easy to do it to do list, almost addicting! Love the fact that it archives your prior
tasks.
Great stuffI now understand the hype around this app, it really is a testament to great UX design
Too good to be trueDoes what it says and does it extremely well and best of all there is no subscription I am totally sold was skeptical at first but
after trying it there is no going back to Reminders or any other to do list app if you’re reading this I promise you go try
this you love it
It has everything, but still so simpleThese guys got it right. Long time Apple Reminders and ToDoIst user, but after trying Things for a couple weeks, I don’t think
there’s any going back.
Infinitely more reliable than Apple RemindersFantastic app, highly recommend. Lots of options for setting your agendas and reminders.
Nearly perfect list makerThe feature that would give it the ultimate perfect app is if it integrated with Alexa.
Great appThings 3 is a great, increase the proclivity by organizing steps of the project. The thing that I wish in the app is the ability
to save Area/project/To-Do as template to be reused once need it
Great, but widgets and complications don’t updateThe app is great. The widgets and complications don’t update unless you click on them which defeats the purpose of having them.
Really hard for me to give this a 4 star.
Today screenI would like to see the current date on the “today” screen. I was on the “today” screen and found myself checking my
watch for the current date.
IncredibleIf you’re looking for the best way to organize, this is it. No other app is as complete, simple, and intuitive as Things 3. I
promise. This is what you’re looking for. I promise. 👍
Best To-Do AppThis is the first time I’ve actually had fun managing my daily tasks. I use things to boil down my larger business task lists
into manageable, daily chunks. The app works well and syncs between all my devices, and it’s enjoyable to use. Bravo devs.
Get itGet it. It’s worth the money. Doesn’t overwhelm you. It’s simple and has every tool you need with none you don’t.
Best task manager I’ve usedThe app design is beautiful, gets out of the way and let’s you get things done.
No extra complex features and customizations and feature bloat. This app does what it’s meant to do and it does it well. Best
purchase of the year by far
No hyperboleThis is the world’s best development and UX team. I’m in awe of how many small things are delightful.
all in one widget?Would be nice to have both calendar and reminders in one widget. Opening the to look at your schedule was cool in 2016, lol!
Simple + EfficientThis app is helping me organize my life, things I would usually forget. Instead of procrastinating, I have a future folder that is
able to remind me of due dates, projects, and tasks I usually just store in the back of my brain!
The Absolute Best!Would give 5 stars every day if I could.
Simple, beautiful and powerfulI have tried a lot of task managers and Things 3 is by far the most useful and beautiful. No gimmicks or bloating, let’s you
focus on the tasks you need to accomplish.
All tasks? Please add a “all” view. It’s simple and intuitive. Quick and easy way to do things (no pun intended).
Missing just one featureI love this app, but the one thing that frustrates me, is the inability to attach files.
Please have the attach photo feature in appAmazing list todo app, looking forward for the ability to attach photo to note, project area.
Great task management appHave been using it for two years. It’s a must have if you want your stuff to be organized in a minimal way. There are no other
alternatives to things. I tried a few others, some with subscriptions. They just fail to do some parts correctly. Things has been
perfect for me.
share filesis there a way to share a Things file to someone who also has the app?
Life changingThis app can be as simple or complex as you need it to be.
The biggest difference for me is adding thoughts and ideas quickly to Things-3, instead of keeping them in my head; over analyzing
them and consequently not getting anything done
Best for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple WatchLove that they were extremely fast to add Lock Screen widgets for iOS 16!
최고에요구독도아닌데 이렇게 좋다니...
Greatest task management app on the planetThis app is great. German engineering at its finest. Worth the cost ten times over.
Life-changingI interact with this app more than any other on my phone. I’m not exaggerating when I say Things changed my life; I’ve tried
paper notes and lists, other competing apps, etc., and Things enables me to manage a workload that once would’ve overwhelmed me.
Best in class.
Perfect exceptWould like option to replace title of TODAY with todays actual date. I often forget the date while adding tasks to the Today
list. I shouldn’t have to leave app to find date. Thx
Rock solid task appBeen using for years, and never regretted the investment. Only real downside is accessing outside the Apple ecosystem. But still 5
stars despite this!
BewilderedI didn’t realize I hated my reminders app until I started using Things 3. I can’t believe I’ve been living under a rock.
Thing that go with everything!I like this app because it doesn’t bog you down the category someday is perfect in my world. In general it just works for me .
Thanks RD
A really great appSimple, powerful and looks great. Much better than its overpriced competitor.
Notes that can also be your thoughtsand that you can continually transform.
what a seemingly simple yet magical application
UX/UI is one of the greats. My only hope, although I am satisfied, is for a calendar app :)
Suggestion: add drag and dropLove this app. Would be great if we could drag and drop tasks into projects from the iPhone
Great!The clean interface is awesome!
However, there’s room for improvement.
Needs Natural Language processing (iOS) and location based notifications. Add this and I won’t go back to Todoist or Ticktick.
However, keep it up! 👍🏼

Could be the bestThis would be the best. But they do not have compatibility with Windows. This seems to be the only to do app that does not. They
are falling behind.
Good app but widgets won’t update in backgroundLooks sleek and decent functionality, but if you’ve clicked something off on another device, the phone widget simply won’t
reflect it until you click it to refresh. For my workflow, this happens daily. An inaccurate widget is just not ok functionality.
Great but way to priceyGreat app for organizing to-do lists and prioritizing things but the cost is ridiculous. I paid $10 for iPhone and then $20 for
iPad. Now it wants $50 to install it in my Max. I won’t pay that. $50 should be all inclusive - download to all devices.
Love this appI don’t like tho how you can’t complete a task early that’s on repeat
Works well, not perfectDoes what it’s supposed to do. Mostly easy to navigate except few instances (like subheadings). Could have more features.
all in one widget?Would be nice to have both calendar and reminders in one widget. Opening apps to look at your schedule was cool in 2016, lol!
Good app but needs a web portalNot everyone has the luxury of always being on an Apple device. So it ends up being a pretty nice app that leaves you hanging when
you really need it.
Why is the Mac app $50!!!!!Title says it all. Had I known the Mac Apple Store app wouldn’t come with the iOS purchase I would’ve just stuck with one note
