Why the riders allowed to text drivers and write what they want , and we as a driver can’t text them back? Just there is built
IN text ready, please allow the driver to write text to the riders too. Thanks

Needs a Landscape Display

Would be wonderful if the app would allow a landscape display option. Also would be amazing if the app would allow viewing more
options while using car play like trip radar matches and trip locations on the map.

“Something went wrong”

I’ve noticed that every time a ride is added to queue AFTER I slide to drop off but BEFORE the fare is shown, it doesn’t
stick. Every time.

CarPlay needs more functionality

I shouldn’t have to touch my phone when using CarPlay with lift. I should be able to start and end rides from my dash screen. I
shouldn’t have to use my phone to mark arrived, end a trip or accept or reject new trips. Lots of improvements are needed to
make this more functional.

Can’t driving newest vehicle

Being a driver for five years.But now I can not driving with my 2022 suburban for Lyft. Because this new car didn’t show on Lyft
car list yet. Lyft should do update the car list.

Too many drivers in Tampa

I’ve been a GIG driver for the past 10 years and honestly, they should put a cap on the amount of drivers working just like
Instacart and DoorDash does. There are too many drivers and two little fares especially here in Tampa Lyft passengers hardly ever
tip. Uber ones do more.

iPad App, PLEASE!!

Please give us a simple iPad app like Uber does. Those of us with iPads basically cannot use Lyft in our cars without using the
tiny iPhone app. Some of us prefer to use tablets and forcing us to buy cheap Android tablets to drive with Lyft seems insane.

It’s OK.

Lyft needs to offer navigation to the streak zones or just offer them no matter where you drive. I can’t seem to figure out
where the exactly the zones are by the little map they put up. Would like more money for rides. Nonetheless, it’s not too bad
driving for Lyft.

I was having trouble with my Lift platform as well. Come to find out it was my phone needed upgrading so I went to a 13 and the

The app doesn’t work well on a 2 bar signal, even 3 can be difficult. If your going to offer rides in more densely populated
areas you need to address this.

I recently started using this app and am having a lot of trouble using external navigation. It's quite annoying because the app's

When I apply for driving it keeps saying 7 mins left, I watch the same video 4 times and it keeps saying “you’re almost
there” You need to fix the app!
