Early thoughts

Seems like I’ve had it for about two weeks. It took a few days for the calls to die down but all of a sudden you’ll notice,
they’ve stopped!

Works great on land lines pay for on mobile

I might have missed it but this is a fee for service app. For what it does your mobile service might have this included. I loved
this on my land-line, I find it it outrageously priced on the phone

Very good

Great, when it works

I notice the day I get a spam call it is the day it gets added to the list. Scam callers are on their toes and change their
numbers all the time. When I go to update the list, I have to delete the app and reinstall it because the refresh button often
fails.

Not as pleased as I used to be

Having to manually update is a pain. It isn’t missing updates “occasionally”, it is doing it every single day. Also not
picking up spam calls as well as it used to. Time for an update guys. Might need to shop for something new.

Way too many Robocalls for paid service

I feel I still get way too many robocalls for a paid service.

Always an issue

App won’t ever refresh Black List. Always gives error message and their tech support says to delete app and reinstall. That’s
not a solution for a paid app.

Out of date?!

I have been using the app for quite some time, but in the last week or so every couple of days I have to keep updating the app.
This is frustrating.

Great app, but user interface could use some work

I really wish they would get rid of the animation and delay when reporting a number. The screen is essentially locked for several
seconds after you hit submit. Just a quick submitted and an exit would be helpful.

Not as effective as it used to be

Spam texts have increased dramatically in the past month for me and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app three times in
the past week as the database wasn’t updating. Looking for alternatives now.

I had to re download this

Since I had to Re download this I hope I will not have to pay twice now. It still won’t catch certain messages like ones that
have an email on it. We will see what happens this time.

This doesn’t work very well

I don’t want robocalls to go to my VM I just want them blocked. I have to constantly delete the app and start over - as
instructed by their tech people.
