I love playing Diggy. I only have 2 “complaints”. Time between new episodes is too long. I have a ton of Diggy money that
would be nice to spend on hints or energy. And thanks for fixing the freezing ads!!!

Great game! Please fix problems with ads

Love this game. I play it every day. Unfortunately for the last few weeks I cannot exit many of the ads when they are done
playing. Getting very frustrating. I have to kill the game, losing whatever the ads offered, and restart. I’ve killed everything
else before running Diggy’s; same result.

Ads for energy are freezing when they’re done, and haven’t been able to get these rewards I have to keep restarting the game

Improvements

Been playing Diggy for over 10 years now, and it’s my favorite mobile game. I hated the pets, but the devs addressed many of my
concerns with them and in a pretty timely manner , so it’s back up to 4 stars. I’m glad the devs listen to the community about
fixes and changes.

Pets

I have been playing this game for years and Loved it until they added pets. The pets take energy and you can’t t finish a area
without the pet. I’ve spent a long time building up my Diggy’s energy. It should be optional to have the pet.

Fun Puzzles

Really enjoy the puzzle aspect and clearing every level.
Sometimes finding that last tile to dig is the best puzzle! 😂

I’m 63 years old.. I’m on level 359 and I enjoy playing…. I wish my energy would replenish faster…. I don’t spend any
money… I like how it’s not just digging but has different quests you have to figure out to open locked doors..

This is the. Most exciting game eve r. I have been playing Diggy for a long time probably since the game first came on my iPhone.
It’s adventurous. It’s fun it’s concentration it’s challenging and I enjoy this game a lot.

Not Happy

I have played this game for years. Now it requires an update and the update is requiring a credit card. If I am forced to give
cred card info in order to play this game, I will simply delete the app and go to something new.

When I changed phones I ended up losing all of my progress. I didn’t play again for a long time but I have to say I

This is a great fun game. And I gave it five stars before. But now I am taking a star away because they have added more ads into

Been playing this since 2018. Lost home in big fire. Diggy’s kept me sane through it all. Have turned many others on to this
game. Try it friends. It really is fun and keeps your mind active. Trust me, I’m 86 and still playing!

The only thing I don’t like is the amount of gems. Not enough gems getting redeemed while playing the game. You either have to
do a stupid survey or apply for some ad to receive it. The game does not get you enough until Christmas time. I rather get more
gem on each holiday game.

I love this game but I'm Frustrated

I'm on “Path of the 5 elements” - I have the green key that opens the dragon lock - I opened all of the containers & dug
everything on the opening board- but I can't open the dragon lock. What am I missing? Did anyone else have this happen?

It’s not a fast paced game

This is a fun game if you don’t mind the adds but if you’re looking for something to do for a few minutes this is it you don't
get a lot of energy when you start but you can increase your energy by playing and not using real money

Hate the pets

I like this game. I despise the pets. There’s never enough energy, and it takes way too long to recharge. Make a way to disable
pets, even for events.

Once you get your #’s up, the cost to eliminate tiles is to much. I move onto other games often. Don’t play long. Pet slowed

Only playing for a short time. Still looking for info on how to set up for optimum energy building. Not a lot of basic
instructions either. The mazes are fun and so are the riddles and puzzles. Will re evaluate after I have played for a few more

latest update is terrible

The changes to the maps are terrible in the latest update. Navigation between maps is difficult, knowing which levels need
clearing is now tedious. you really dropped the ball in this update. zero stars.

Random Ads!!! 🤯

I do not mind watching ads for energy or extras. Do it all the time but I put my foot down on random pop up ads that interrupt my
play! This just started the other day so I imagine you had an update.
I guess I’ll be deleting this game too! 🤬

Unfortunate

I’ve been playing Diggy for years. I love(d) it. But this new random commercials is probably going to be the end for me. I
don’t mind commercials if I choose to watch them. But I hate being interrupted for no reason. Hope this isn’t a permanent

I am on levels now that even with 139,000 in energy, I can only play for five minutes. I guess this game is just like all of the

I followed your help instructions but still getting the forever hourglass when I try to open the game or when going into another
area. Can you please fix this?
