Shoot the Moon is a trick-taking game for 3 players. Here's how to play:
1. Each player places their bid after drawing tiles. The highest bidder sets trumps, which beat other tiles.
2. The leading player can play any tile. Non-trumps have the highest number. Players must follow suit if they can, otherwise, they can play a trump or lose the trick.
3. A player can "Shoot the Moon" by bidding 21 and winning all tricks. House rules may end bidding with a bid of 21.
4. If the winning bidder fails to make their bid, their score is subtracted.
Tips: Be strategic with your bidding and play high tiles early. Pay attention to trumps and try to prevent opponents from reaching their bids. Shooting the Moon can result in a significant score boost if successful.
