April 10, 2014 at 11:52 pmThis is the first clue in the game which I think is a DUD. I have finally solved it--but it was not through lateral thinking or uncovering hidden significance in the number 24. It was just a case of running methodically (and tediously) through various potential "successors"--by which I mean, typing in and trying what might have come *after* this once I hit on what I suspected would prove to be the correct context for "el Paso". Here's what I suggest: google around 'til you find the only prominent and recurring reference to "el Paso" that is NOT a link to info on the city (or a current business there). Think popular culture. Think title. Once you've hit on that, you'll know it. Then start digging around through lists and start entering titles that 'succeed' el Paso. I finally entered one that was the correct one--and I was stunned. Even once I'd done that, and had read the app's brief summary/solution... I remained with NO IDEA WHATSOEVER how the number 24 fits in. So don't get hooked on that. Focus on the title el Paso, and then find the right "successor." Hope this is helpful....
