Great gameAlthough it’s a little different than slay the spire, it’s similar in its quick to pick up and learn with infinite
replayabilty, it’s tricky to master. If you’re a fan of StS, you’ll also love this game.
Tons of FunExcellent roguelike. If you like Slay the Spire this is a must play!
Great gameGreat game on Pc, but now I get to play it on my phone in bed and on the toilet
Great Port …… but logbook is bugged. On the Clanless Artifacts pages, the screen zooms past what should be page 2 when tapping the right
arrow - i.e., it skips over Lightstone Casing to Wing Clippings. Such a shame for those of us who like filling/exploring the
logbook!
Pretty Good 👍Have enjoyed theis game immensely. Makes waiting at the Dr. Office fun
Good gameFun deck building game, where you try to find the most op mechanic
One of the Top Deckbuilding RoguelikesLike, I’m saying that this game is essential if you like this genre. It’s right up there with Slay the Spire. As the genre
grows and evolves Monster Train will offer essential qualities for successful and replayable roguelikes.
How much do I love this game? I bought it 3 times 😅
As good as they sayIn my book, one of the best games ever made for any platform. Smooth, polished, and immediately fun - and stays fun for countless
hours. You don’t need to a fan of anything specific to enjoy this. Great game.
Fantastic GameAfter playing this on my iPad, I picked up a physical copy for the Switch. Great strategy card building game. If you liked Slay
the Spire, you’ll love this.
pure distilled funhey, do you like fun? get this game
The absolute pinnacle of deck building fun.Stop wasting your time and just buy this. Just trust me. I don’t review things. This one is special.
GOATCertainly one of the greatest games ever made. I’ve spent untold hours playing on PC, and it’s great to have on mobile.
If you even remotely like card battlers, pick it up. But really - any gamer should love this. It’s very well designed and
extremely fun.
I play this all dayThe best game I’ve ever played. Has the best replay ability I’ve ever experienced.
I looooove this game so muchOne of my favorite rouge-like/deck-builders. I was super excited to see it come to phone. Great job with putting this one
together!!
Only thing I wish I could do is look at my deck while selecting rewards.
Really fun gameSimilar to slay the spire, but with a different mechanics and lore. Great iPad game! Great job devs!
The bestWish there was even more content.
Cool gameThis game is amazing so many ways to defeat your opponent this game needs to be more popular
Great just needs to fix a minor issueYou can’t check out the map or your deck when you’re drafting cards/units. This is something you can do on PC.
FunIf you want to avoid the gatcha apps this is a good one.
Five stars for a great game but please bring paritSome little things like not being able to look at your deck contents on certain screens when you can on the PC version are very
annoying. I shouldn’t have to memorize my deck before making a choice.
The king of a growing genreThis is by far my favorite deck building roguelite. Great aesthetic, design, balance, and length. More card/clans would be great,
even as more DLC, but what’s there is great. I love it on both PC and mobile. Just buy it.
Solid portGreat game happy it has a mobile port. Wish matchmaking didn’t take so long but great single player experience, perfect for
flights
Great gameI was doubtful from the name, write-up, and images. But it’s actually a lot of fun.
If you like Slay the Spire, you’ll love this.
Awesome challenge and repeatabilityKeeps you entertained for a long while
Good DepthI’m about 20 runs in or so and as an avid rogue-like player I’m pretty impressed. It looks good, sounds good, had good depth
and replay ability. I looove the theme and concept. Very cool minions and cards.
A phenomenal gameMonster Train is just a better Slay the Spire. This is an absolutely phenomenal game and one of the best roguelikes in recent
memory. If you have ever enjoyed a tactical roguelike (FTL, Darkest Dungeon, Into the Breach, Slay the Spire, etc.), you need to
pick this one up.
Surprised meAt first, I didn’t like the art because it reminded me of cheap gatcha phone games, BUT DEAR GOD, this game is AMAZING. Very
addictive, in a good way. Awesome <3
The best of the app storePerfect casual game. Its just amazing, the very best of the roguelite genre. I bought it on three seperate platforms
As good as pcMaybe better thanks to touch controls!
Fun card gameGreat game with tons of fun and replay-ability.
Deck building goodnessIf you enjoyed Slay the Spire, you’ll probably enjoy this.
Infinite Replayability! The Upgrade is Worth ItGreat game mechanics, I’m addicted.
Pretty funGood game and really unique compared to other rogue like card games. Takes around 10-15 hours to see almost all the content.
Love this gameAwesome game that I can play over and over again because each battle takes about 1 hour and are totally different than the last
battle. Makes you think a lot which is what I really enjoy.
Pain trainIt’s good, clever design. 5 stars
Double dipped!Initially bought the game on my Nintendo Switch but it looked so much better on my iPad that I had to purchase again. Great
card/deck building rogue game with lots of replay ability with progression. Just get it and buy the DLC too.
Good but makes my iPhone X run hotGood name, needs more options to reduce graphics though.
Why not allow me to disable pointless animations (such as the train sparks/flame or wiggling units)?
Can’t believe it took me so long to pick this upAmazing game. The systems are all breakable in the best ways. A pure joy to play.
Enjoyable but I feel like I'm cheatingEternal Flame III Little Fade is so overpowered that it feels like cheating. The game is great though, very addictive and choices
really matter.
Buy itHands down one of the best games to tickle the brain, it’s kid friendly, nothing to graphic, and best of all, there’s a track
record of progress. Not just endless grinding like many games.
Great game - but let us see our deck!Desperately needs to let us see the map and our deck on drafting screens.
Otherwise, incredible experience. Deep gameplay, interesting choices, and polished UI for the handheld experience.
Favorite game of 2022Still holding out hope for more DLC in the future.
The best deckbuilder roguelike game!!This is my 3rd platform buying and beating monster train. One of the best deckbuilders of all times comes to iOS!!!
Elite roguelike deckbuilderOne of the best mobile games available
Good valueAlready have 100s of hours in it, can get addicting
This game is geniusThere is so much depth and replayability to this game its unbelievable. I can’t put it down. Truly amazing.
A classicWill permanently be on my phone alongside slay the spire and dicey dungeon!
Awesome gameBut is there iPad/iPhone cross functionality? I bought it on iOS but it seems to be asking me to repurchase it on my iPad? Is this
intended or is it something that was overlooked?
Addicting from the very beginningI was hooked as soon as I started playing it. Easy to learn and lots to explore. The game is also incredibly polished. Having
never played it on any other system, I don’t have any issues with the UI or touch support even on iPad. Looks and feels just
about perfect.
Aspect ratio fixedLatest patch finally fixed the aspect ratio for ipad pros. Hats of to the team for a great port

Fun game on PC but lots of bugs on iOSUnable to target offscreen bosses with certain targeting spells which makes spell-casting builds significantly weaker in this
version.
