Love this app just wish it was cheaper

Love this app just wish it was cheaper! It offers so much important info and I am a single mom that works late nights and this app
helps me feel safer like I know what’s going on around me! I want to keep it but just can’t afford to pay that much a month I
think 9.99 would be more reasonable

Have to pay now?

I’ve had this app for quite some time now, but suddenly I can’t see any incidents fully without having a pop-up to subscribe.
I think they wait until you’ve used the app long enough to rely on it for alerts hoping you will then subscribe.

Was useful. Now not so much

They have upgraded the app and it is much more difficult to use. It is very annoying. They won’t display many events unless one
upgrades to a purchased version. I understand wanting to make money from the app but this is just irritating.

This app used to work. I rarely get alerts. Just now there have been 6 police cars fly by. They are 3 blocks up. No alert?

New design ruined it

The last big redesign of the UI and appearance is terrible. Wish there was a way to revert it back, I hate using it now. The map
lines are so faint, the way the comments look is dumb, scrolling around the map is different. Just hate everything you’ve done
with it.

Would like to see burglaries in yellow. More easily I would like to be able to see the robberies in my area. I think it’s just
as important as seeing somebody was stabbed down the street. tried to go live on a fire the other day and it wouldn’t even load
up the camera

There is filter in place to remove insensitive comments but the racist has found away around it.

Ever since updating, the app is showing way less activity than it has before. I know my area isnt all of a sudden safer and the
ring shows way more activity than this app now.

Needs better notification management

App is very helpful -- but notifications about events that are not even remotely near me are not helpful. Please give me the
option to opt out of notifications like those.
