Great sleep feedback

Fitbit allows me to see how many hours I slept- how much was light/deep/rem and it records oxygen variations. It is very useful
information. It also gives very useful information about the heart. And, of course it records your steps too. Great value for this
versatile watch.

Hubby got the FitBit for me for Christmas almost 2 years ago after my other fitness tracker wouldn’t charge anymore. I love it
and the app! Helps me set goals and keep track of how close I am.

My daughter gave me a Fitbit three or four Christmas’ ago. I’ve gone from sore knees and excess flab to a very well toned

i received a FitBit force for christmas and the app is amazing and the ease of setup was very simple. I would highly recommend a
Fitbit for all your exercise and sleep charting. One tool that does everything and there are so many exercise programs that
interact with the FitBit it is awesome.

Love this tracker, particularly for steps and stages of sleep. Easy to use. Its notifications of need to move are useful. Its
vibrations when my iPhone is ringing are particularly helpful as I keep my phone ringer very low.

Great way to get more sleep, more fit

I use this to track hours of sleep to get 7-8 everyt night. It also can let you know if you have oxygen variations at night that
could be sleep apnea.
Using the app to make sure I keep moving is easy and helps me stick to my goals.

Inconsistent

While the daily step tracker is accurately recorded, the sleep tracker is very inconsistent in recording. Not sure if I will
replace my Fitbit once it dies.

The Inspire 2 does everything I need it to. I’m not an athlete but I like tracking my exercise, heart rate, food and water
intake. My biggest complaint is you can’t read the face at all outdoors, even on a rainy, overcast day.
