Not as greatI used to live Fitbit but when they changed it all it’s just not a fun anymore. They still have some great features but the best
about it was the community challenges and that’s gone.
Why you getting rid of the challengeYou do realise that once this is gone you will probably lose a lot of customers!
I’ve held out of getting an Apple Watch because of Fitbit’s features.
I enjoy competing against my friends and family on a weekly basis. In encourages me to walk and keep fit. Even my son is on the
addiction!
DisappointedThe App is good if you have time to spend exploring all the different elements. However, it does not always sync well and in fact
mt fit bit watch is Losing time!! Bizarre! It’s ok, but think there are better watches out there!
Very slow and intermittent syncingThe most annoying thing is the very slow and intermittent syncing and it’s not the phone because it’s the same on three
different phones. Fix it, please.
Good but help meWhen I got my mums old Fitbit it was fine when I first turned it on but then when I logged into my account there was this random
white line at the bottom overlapping with some things so if you could tell me anything that would help please do. Thank you

CaloriesThis was a great app. I put in my calories at each meal, now not worth the trouble. I can find the food item but it loads very
slowly or not at all. Given up now. Shame it helped
