Latest app update is garbage

Since the latest app update I can’t see my heart rate on the app anymore. It just says no data. I’ve liked Fitbit up until
now. 😞

Miss the old version

Miss the old version. No longer has auto recognition of exercise, & cannot find a way to add an exercise to the day. I prefer a
darker screen, & there used to be a map of my walks, but that seems to be gone as well. Not a fan of the changes.

Fitbit

Not great since you removed my competitors. My family and my soccer team we were all pushing each other to do better you changed
that you took it away. We are all very upset that you took over Fitbit and spoiled it for all of us.

Room for improvement

Sometimes the apps freeze up the watch requiring a factory reset to restore normal operations/functionality.

It is good to track physical activity but takes too long to sync

Good app but not comprehensive

The day to day features are great but it’s lacking when it comes to reproductive health. While it tracks your period, there’s
no way to change the settings for pregnancy/postpartum.

Requires full access

App will lot work u less u give it full access to your phone. App sucks otherwise and will not find your phone. App
Is only ok for counting steps but lousy for anything else. Better with different app.
