Can’t edit sleep data

Still love my Fitbit, but since the last update I can no longer edit my sleep data or add to it. Also don’t like the new slept
chart.

Puzzled

I’ve had a fit bit for several years. I’m over 70. I get between 2500 and 5000 steps a day. Now this last week I’m gettin
18,000-25,000 a day! 85,000 for the week! I’m walking more now that garden season has started, but not that much! Now I don’t
trust any of the metrics.

New update is poor

My Fitbit won’t update easily. It will say must be connected to WiFi when it is—the excuse it’s not updating. And other
times it continues to show a few hundred steps. I try and sync it and it stays that way. Fitbit since 2012–I’m a premium
member.

Bad update

Inspire 2 won’t sync at all since the 31st. It’s my alarm as well as steps etc. I did troubleshooting and it still won’t
work. I’m not going to stay premium if an update kills my device usability. Fix this please. Took five days to fix

Meh

Tha old app was soooo much better. But I have to live with this poor version of the old app because it has what I need in an
accessible format. Sleep info, steps, heart rate, zone time, all there I one place.

Bring it back to the way it was. It was so much better before.

Bring back color stats

P L E AS E bring back the color stats on the app. Don’t care for the new look at all, it’s hard to read, especially with the
practically black-and-white look. It all seems to run together.

Loses connection too often

Great app for keeping track of steps heart rate and sleep. Only real problem is it keeps losing Bluetooth connection all the time

I’ve been using Fitbit for a while. The app is nice just sometimes it has issues syncing or the app feels outdated.

Fitbit Challenges

Love the sleep score but really miss the Fitbit challenges. Need to bring back Fitbit challenges ASAP. Thank you. .

Step goal never updates

I’ve changed my goal and it reverts back to my old goal when I first got my Fitbit every time. Contacted support and they were
not helpful at all to fix it. I like my Fitbit but this is very annoying it cannot be fixed.

App is ok

Not as good as I would expect from a company that only has this product. It has a hard time syncing frequently, and I’ve had to
remove my
Fitbit and re-add more than once.

Problems syncing

Long time Fitbit wearer. This latest model gives sync errors about 50% of the time. A bit disappointing.
