Fix the Remote Back 10 Second Function

Generally fine w the app, but please fix the Apple Remote functionality for skipping back or forward. As it is you have to press
the wheel once to wake it, then press again to actually move back or forward. Every other video app responds to the first press.

Use your profits to recommend what i want to watch

Please stop pushing political stuff. you should have a good amount of data on me by now. You should know what i watch and don't
watch. Why not use your profits to develop an algorithm or whatever that recommends stuff i actually want to watch? that's an
idea. imagine, that!

Ads

I wish there was less as or even no ads on the app. It’s disrespectful that you have to pay $15 a month even though to get ads I
don’t see Netflix doing that that’s why I get it through a five stars.

To high price for subscription, and not enough movies, shows for that price to be fair, ever other then that I enjoy it a lot, but
needs a lots of work on.

Not worth the money if you ask me. Mid selection of movies and shows and it barley gets updated as frequently as old HBO max.

bugs that force you to rewatch ads

Disney plus does it too. I wouldn't even mind the ads if the app served them up intelligently.

Automatic Subtitles on iPad.

I turn off the subtitles on an episode and next episode their back up again. It’s irritating. Please fix this bug. When I turn
them off they should stay off.

New features

It’s sad that I just received an email about new features and it’s about Max taking away features. But, I guess it’s the
same as raising prices. All the streaming services are raising their prices. We may as well go back to cable because the monthly
payout is going to be the same.

Kind of Glitchy

App sometimes won’t open— freezes up . Doesn’t bookmark well between devices. If you start a show on device it will not
start at correct spot on another device.

I updated this application yesterday and now when I open it I see that the image of the movies does not appear, everything looks
dark.

The custom fast forward/rewind controls are pretty bad. It’s laggy and makes using the app quite annoying.
