Too many ads!

They ruin the game. I can’t even move the puzzle pieces because the ads won’t let me. It is getting very frustrating. They
need to fix this problem before people quit and delete the game. When it works it is very nice. Please fix!

Good game

I play a lot of games, and don’t write reviews, but I decided to write one on this particular game, mainly it has too many
commercials, and it’s boring. I realize they need to put the commercials in, but this is over and beyond too many.

Crash Alert

The game graphics are great, beautiful pictures, but it continuously crashes and has to be restarted. It became frustrating, so I
moved on to hopefully find a more stable gameplay.

Fun game

I was really enjoying this game until it froze. It keeps freezing in the same spot of the story, even when I open and close the
app. I can’t even get to any part of the puzzles.

Puzzle villa

I enjoyed this game, but lately I’ve been having problems. When I’m doing the puzzles it freezes and I can’t get the pieces
to move. I have to close the game and restarted to continue the game. Please fix it…

Puzzle problems

I have been playing this for a while now and over the last month the game keeps freezing. 1 or 2 puzzles are fine, but after
that it is almost impossible to finish.

Great game

There are too many ads! As soon as a puzzle is finished there is an ad. I’m thinking of just deleting the app.

Lag

Love the game!!! But for some reason after a few minutes it starts lagging and making my phone overheat. I have a fairly new phone
so this shouldn’t be an issue.

I like that you can pick from several different levels, but $5 a month to get rid of the ads is beyond my budget. I subtract a
star because the ads.

Lags horribly

I really like the concept of this game. However it’s lags terribly and makes my phone run hot. I can only play a little bit at
the time because of it. I would love if this could be fixed because I enjoy this game quite a bit.

Daily Quests

I really love this game. The holiday pictures are so cute. I would love to give it 5 stars. My problem is, I can seldom achieve
the daily quests because either the ads freeze or the game kicks me out. I have limited time to play, so having to keep going back
to finish a puzzle is seldom an option.

Great game but the freezing……

I would love to give five stars as I do enjoy the game but for every one time I get to play there are six times the game freezes
and will not let me play or do anything. Please fix this bug….

Not happy

I love this game because I’m addict to jigsaw puzzles. Problems with the game freezing up and I have to exit the game and get
back in. Pretty frustrating. Used to happen once in awhile ~now it is multiple times per game session. Any fixes?

Too many ads!

This is a fun game BUT there are just way too many ads and sometime I feel like I spend more time having to watch ads then I do
actually solving the puzzle.

LOVE THE GAME BUUUUUT

Coins and money randomly disappear. I had over 600 dollars in cash I went back a few hours later to play and only had 9 dollars.
I played for a great deal of time to get as much as I had then it just disappears. Please fix it, I don’t like wasting my time.

Not as advertised

This game runs ads in other games advertising it as a puzzle/rescue/problem solving game. It’s not that at all. Just stop the
false advertising and advertise the game. The game is fine but it’s not as advertised.

I like it but why can’t I listen to my own music?

I like to listen to audiobooks, podcasts, or some music while I play games like these bc I think it’s relaxing. But why don’t
games allow you to have the game on mute with your own audio? Hopefully they will allow it in an update. Rather play a computer
game, I lose interest quickly otherwise

Kicks me off too often

I enjoy this game except that just as I’m getting into a puzzle , the game kicks me off and my screen goes black. This is
happening too many times during play.

Ads make me sad

I made a purchase to remove ads from the game. Usually removing ads removes ALL ads, but no, only the in game ads have gone. If I
want to spin the wheel or update quests there are still ads to watch. Very disappointed. All in all I do love the game.

Would Love to Give Five Stars

…but I hate that this game takes over the speaker on my phone. I can’t listen to my podcasts or music while playing. The story
is cute, the puzzles are fun, the daily challenges are good. I just don’t play as often as I would if it didn’t take over my
phone’s speakers.

Fun but…

Very fun game! My only issue is I can’t listen to podcasts/audiobooks while playing. In almost every other game/app I use, I
can turn off a game’s background music and effects and listen to my choice of audio. That hasn’t worked for this game.

Constant crashing

The game started off really good. I finished one room then it’s just started constantly crashing and taking longer to load up.
Bonus videos won’t play. Can this be fixed? I’d really hate to get rid of the game. I actually enjoy this one 🙂

Crashes

I would give this game 5*, I love it so much, but after the Christmas challenge ended, every time I try to log in, the game
crashes and kicks me out. I’ve tried deleting the game and reloading, but nothing works. I have a new iPad with plenty of space,
but it’s a no-go.

Way too many ads, more ad time than game time. Limited puzzles. Plus now they want my data and for me to agree. I uninstalled
instead.

Jigsaw Puzzle Villa

I gave you 5 stars when I first started playing yesterday because I wasn’t aware of what was coming. Nice idea but way too
many video commercials. Not worth my time. I’ll be deleting now. Bye.
