Excellent!Best example of introduction to mindfulness. Explains so clearly how to recognise and handle thoughts. I think thismessage to be
so practical in daily life. I’m definitely going to concentrate on this to hopefully decrease any ruminating I’m prone to

Sleep meditationIt worked, only problem is I fell asleep halfway through so will have to listen again tomorrow night
