Sporadic voicemails?

Sometimes my messages go to my voicemail and sometimes my messages go to YouMail and I can’t figure out why!

Years

I’ve used YouMail for more than a decade. In the years that have passed it has always been my go to voicemail. However, with
this new system that’s pressuring me to upgrade. I’m afraid that they’ll lose my service and support.

Message spam

The app does nothing to stop spam messages no matter how many times I hit “report junk or spam messages “. If the feature
doesn’t work it should not be part of the app.

Voicemail blocker

Doesn't block the call, only the voicemail. I still have to listen to the ringing. 😡

A problem with voicemail

Often when people leave me voicemails they go directly to YouMail instead of my IPhone voicemail and I’m not notified I have a
voicemail. Other times numbers my phone tells me likely spam but nothing shows in my YouMail. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Scam spam

I didn’t start getting scam calls till I downloaded this app. ..

Pin required

All of a sudden I have to enter a pin to check my messages. That’s very inconvenient and I never had to that for this app and
I’ve been using it since 2011.

It's ok

This app will force close and you can't open it unless you have Internet. I love the greeting. Pop ups😞

Small issues.

For the most part, the app works well. But sometimes it cannot understand what the caller is trying to say. For instance, what the
caller’s name is or the exact words they have spoken. Other than that, I’ve had no other problems with the app.

Great when it works

For some reason I have to keep “activating “ every month or so it seems. Unfortunately it doesn’t notify you that you need
to activate again so unless I check “by calling my number” I can’t tell that the voice Mail is not working.

Pretty good

Not all calls got to Youmail voicemail mail and not all calls seem to filter.
Too many spam calls and text getting through but, for a free product, it’s better than what AT&T offers.

Nice when it works

For some reason I keep having to re activate every so often. Seems like every couple of weeks or so.
The problem is I don’t get a notification to do so. Is not until I either call my self or someone lets me know.

Can’t report from text

When ever I click on the report button, it says I’m not signed in. All other features are working fine.

Not friendly

This is not user friendly. My number has changed and there is no easy way to change it on the app. It won’t allow me to change
it. They could make it a little easier.

Edit to remove default settings

With the free version I can understand not being able to add features, but because I can’t remove blocking unrecognized numbers
I cannot recommend this program nor can I keep using it. I am missing doctor calls and hospital calls.

iOS 15.4 with Verizon

This great app currently doesn’t work with Verizon and ios 15.4. The manual phone dialed paste workaround can’t be reached to
activate.
