The app itself is awesome, it’s super convenient. BUT, the timely update is a little on the downside. It lags to give live

Cigarettes!?!?

App is ok but they have a lousy choice of cigarettes! If you are a fan of Marlboros or cheap generic brands I honestly didn’t
think were even made anymore Pell Mells ? Maverick ? L&M’s ?! Are these being manufactured in 3rd world countries and sold to
7-11 dirt cheap ?!

Constant checking

If the same account and same credit card and same address are used why do I always have to scan my card? Your app is janky and I
have had multiple problems scanning my id as well as you drivers..

I love this app as I use it regularly but Wish app took ebt and repeat order as I buy two cases of water ever week from 7/11

No hot food

Only 7pm and more than half of the items are out of stock even their hot food items. Must have been a very very busy day.

Mediocre

Most items are not available for delivery. Fresh food items are almost never available. They do not have a good relationship with
the third party deliverers. Advertised discounts are usually not available

The app is buggy and stuff is not delivered

The app randomly drops items from the cart. There’s no guarantee you’ll actually get the items you order. A lot of times the
store still charges you for the stuff they don’t deliver and you have to contact customer service for a refund.
