Fix refresh page

Please fix the refresh option to how it was before, now every time I refresh an item it brings me back to the top of the page and
wastes my time, I refresh like 20 items and spend 20 minutes doing so. Huge waste of my time and obviously everyone else’s too

Why was the free shipping filter removed?

You used to be able to select a filter that would show you the items with free shipping and one day it just disappeared. Will it
return??

Bad update

The update only allows 5 offers per day, can’t filter free shipping anymore, and you can’t see the shipping price unless you
put it in your bag. Just more difficult to use now otherwise great and easy shopping.

Could Be Better

The size filter doesn’t work, and a quick Google search tells me it’s been this way for at least 3 years. Using the app is
mildly frustrating to the point I’ve just closed out and looked somewhere else. There are other thrifty/second hand platforms
out there offering filter options that work.

It was fine until

I couldn’t see the shipping of any products anymore, how am I supposed to make sure I can offer a good price if I can’t see
the shipping as well.
Please add the feature back it’s helpful.

It used to great

I loved depop in like 2021, now they tax super hard for each sell you make. It’s a bummer. I also can’t use the app for more
than 5 minutes because it will move slow and makes my phone super hot. However it’s a great spot to find hidden gems from time
to time.

The seller experience needs work

The app itself is great but it would be great if when a buyer sent an offer and it was accepted by the seller they were
automatically charged. Other apps do this and I have lost so many sales to people not following through with payment and it wastes
the sellers time

Constant glitching

I’ve been a seller on Depop for five years. It gets hard to consistently post when there’s always errors on the app. They are
constantly changing how you post which makes it harder and takes longer to post items.

One Bug To Fix

My suggested for you + based on your likes recommended feed will not update for DAYS. It makes looking for things tedious, since
the only other way to scroll casually is by category (ex. women's boots under $30, or that awful minimalist headliner that was up
awhile.) Please fix :)

New Update

I’ve been using Depop for a couple years now and I loved it. However, recently they have removed the feed page. Its making it
more difficult to see what people are posting also causing less engagement for my page/items. I hope they change it back.

Menswear

I love Depop but I just don’t like that after a while of having it they stop showing me menswear and every time I search up any
brand it only shows me woman’s wear. So if you can fix that thank you

Search Function Broken

The search function is practically broken. If you delete the whole line of text, it resets all filters and search settings. It’s
just a pain to try different search terms looking for the right thing when every time you type in the box it resets everything.

Being forced to use paypal in order to retrieve money is a nightmare, they should have other options as well.

I’m REALLY getting sick of ppl putting up items on this app just to “show off” what they have or no longer deciding to sell

App store keeps opening

Recently when I tap a depop notification on my phone, it opens the app store or my browser rather than the app itself. Can you
fix this it is very annoying 😐

Counter offer

Add a way sellers can send offers to people who like they’re items or a way to send a counter offer to a lowballer, it would
make the app a lot smoother

Not the best

Set up with PayPal only is causing lots of problems. People don’t have verification so they can’t accept the money which
causes issues for everyone but then they blame it on the buyer. I’d make it open to other forms of payment

Not off to a good start

Tried to “reactive” my account, but forgot my password. I’ve “requested” them to send my the link to reset my password 3
times, and have yet to receive it. Now I’m locked out for 24 hours. Not a good start.

Beware

As a buyer on the app a lot of the sellers on this app are extremely lazy compared to other comparable apps. Had to cancel two
orders and wait 2.5 weeks for someone to ship another. Honestly not worth the stress. The competition is better.
