Such a fun app!!I love this app so much, It makes me excited to excersize every morning and I love how it gives you a survey in the beginning
about what you need help with I’m happy with the fitness coach I chose and the excersizes are very fun.

Cool app ig idkEven though you can pay there are some good things for free so it’s good. You also can just like write all the workouts down
then delete the app if you are worried about it taking your money lol
