Free trial? Charged me a full year!

I have downloaded this before and deleted. Downloaded again to be sure, utilizing the 7 day free trial. I WAS CHARGED A FULL YEAR
IMMEDIATELY!!! Used for 30 minutes and deleted. Limited capabilities for the price and I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK?!!!! Not happy at
all DO NOT RECOMMEND

Background eraser gone?

I’ve been using this app to replace the background in my photos and I think that feature disappeared? Or is it something I have
to pay for? I am very confused.

Please put it back to the way it was

It used to be excellent.
I used to be able to make the eyes brighter, the teeth whiter, the cheekbones..All these great ways to enhance the face and you
took all that away and you replaced it with filters which don’t do anything. I’m not sure it’s worth the subscription
anymore.

this is for the desktop version only

I wish the MacOS version had the same functionality as the iOS version would give 4-5 stars then. Also it would be great to have
continuity between the devices as well, so when you upload an image on the phone you can take up the ediiting on your Macbook.

Kinda fun

The human ones are just ok. I don’t recommend the pet ones at all. None of the avatars look remotely like my pets, they seem to
be just random cats/dogs with filter effects added.

Decent job, missing features on desktop, no transp

Desktop version doesn't have all the capabilities of the mobile version, which I can live with... but the inability to handle
transparency and save images wth transparency intact, forces me to use multiple tools to get the images I need.

Good tool overall, but doesn't stand on its own.

Video is easy but no photos

The video is super fun and easy. Tech support got right back to me when I had an issue with music. BUT! I can’t figure out the
photo side? What does it do?…

Good when it decides to work

I have had multiple issues with this app crashing when I try to open a photo. It just crashes and closes out, taking me back to my
Home Screen. My app is updated to the latest version and I pay for its use, so this is very frustrating.

Won’t load

Screen Freeze

After each edit my screen locks up and I have to power my phone off in order to do load and edit another photo. I’m not this

Lensa - does it Work?

So I tried Lensa on a few of my photos and several of the functions didnt work. It said the AI on some photos prevents changes
from being made. What?

Never works right

When I first got this app I loved it! But now EVERY picture I try to edit is limited because “Al has some doubts”. It’s
ridiculous that I paid for this and it doesn’t work correctly.
