Great app but no customer support

I love getting free items from this app! I get stuff every few months in exchange for an honest review. With that being said there
have been issues here and there and support never responds to inquiries. It’s very very frustrating.

It has gotten very annoying lately

I use to love influenster and all its features but lately I get a notification to leave a review I do the said review and then it
asks me to go redo the whole thing on some other page! Very annoying and inconvenient

Unable to get notifications

I’m unable to get my notifications to show up in my settings tab.

I have a 13 pro max iPhone and have been trying to fix this for over a week. :(

Disappointed

I don’t know what’s going on, but every since I’ve updated my app my “ free product alerts “ do not work at all. I’m
getting highly upset. I’ve never had issues with this app for the last 2 years and now I do!

Something is wrong

I go to sample page but it is just empty and says check out activities below to get started but there is nothing but a video of
products other ppl get. Haven’t gotten anything in months.

Works

I really like this app but you have to do a lot to get a box, I have been using this app for a long time and they have only given
me one voxbox if you want to download it you have to keep that in mind :)

everyday and check everyday and still have nothing.

Now days every time I try to submit surveys but they never get submitted because of the address doesn’t submit it they need to
fix this problem it’s upsetting I am not getting my product anymore coz of that :(

Some thing is wrong with my app.

My app isn’t working properly. When I go the the samples it’s completely black. A black screen is all I get. I’ve been doing
this for years and received alot of boxes for them. I can’t even get to the samples to take the interview. Just started
happening. Can you please fix this

It used to work great

It won’t let me fill out the surveys to receive a box! It just keeps loading the webpage and then sending me to ‘samples’.

Facebook & Instagram Connection

I enjoy the app, just the past 2 weeks I can’t connect My IG & Facebook due some issues they’re having. I have a few post I
need approved but can’t connect .

Have been on this for a week, no bugs and explains everything well but it won’t give me any samples. I’ve been bringing up my
yeti and consistently checking but never any samples. I keep thinking I’m doing something wrong but I don’t know.

I love Influenster but

The app is trash since they did an unnecessary overhaul on the app which has made it unusable. Please fix this atrocity of an app
and revert back to the influenster we all know and love.

Fix your app

I cannot login at all out of nowhere. I don’t know why !! I tired many times and still give me error. And no customer service
one one reply any questions or any emails. This is so weird.

Glitchy

The app has been acting very glitchy. I go to write reviews or do surveys and it will get to a certain point where the screen just
goes blank and I can’t move forward.

Good but a lot of bugs

The program is great but the App has so many bugs that it prevents you from completing campaigns. I have emailed contact support
and they claim it won’t count against me but the iss keeps happening on multiple campaigns
