Great bulb and light!! BUT

Light is fun and works great except it is very hard to program and connect to Wi-Fi. If power flashes or blinks or is out the
light might must be set up again and it’s a struggle. But the color changes and setting times to come on and off are great.

Slight learning curve, but eventually, you’ll figure it all out. :-) even though you can group bulbs, you can still control
individual bulbs in that group, which is awesome. Took me a while to figure out I could do that.

Inconvenience for convenience

I have to delete my devices save and close the app completely on the iPhone. Then reinstall the devices again on the iPhone app
and close the app completely.

After all this it’s available for the iwatch.
The above has to be repeated after every shutdown of the watch or phone.

Audio issues?

Generally I like the app but recently I bought new AirPod pros to replace old AirPod pros… I never had issues with audio coming
through the old AirPods but now for some reason my new air pods connect for a second and then nothing. No issues with any other
apps, just this one. Help!

Works with one network

If you switch devices onto another network they stop working. I have a camera and smart plug that don’t work because I set them
up on another network. But with one network the devices work excellently.

Notification issue

I love these cameras but as of roughly 2 months ago I no longer receive notifications from this app. I’ve checked all setting in
app and general phone settings and nothing has changed.
I’ve tried so much to fix it but nothing has helped.

Tried numerous times to try and figure out how to tape on SD card. That’s my only, which is huge, problem with these cameras. So

Programming options needed

I use these for Holiday lighting only. The program options are limited only when to turn on/off. It would be nice to have the
ability to change color on scheduled basis as well. Such as, go back to White after 11pm.

Lots of times it crashes and you cant turn off you

Lots of times it crashes and you cant turn off your lights and that is a very annoying issue. Because I have to remove a laundry
basket, then move my bed back just so I can reach the outlet to turn it off. And repeat that in the morning.
