Good game but it deleted my account

I would rate a five but it deleted my account and i cant get it back pls see this and help

New update is bad

The new update freezes my game when I open it. It started after that new building they introduced. Now I can’t play because
it’s freezes after 10s when u open

Curiosity

I saw ads for free stuff and prizes for temped to check it out to see if it was legit but now I’m not sure ? The codes are valid
but it says it gets sent to ur email and nothing gets sent I been refreshing checking junk/spam etc but nothing ? Idk maybe it did
