Loving the game but the map quit working and also no signs are indicating that there is an artifact to find,

Unlock

The game keeps saying needs to be purchased (unlock) to continue. I have restored purchase over 5 times but once I exit the game
it locks it again but I start off in the game where I left off. Can you fix this glitch?
