No access to archiveSince the latest update there’s no way to access the archived messages unless you search. The functionality from swiping down is
missing.
The support site is also pretty useless with an automated message essentially saying “we’re not going to read this and you
can’t reply”

Listen to the peopleI hate audio messages. And calls to my business (I’m a one-man band). Please give us the option to choose if we want to receive
audio messages/calls or not. Or even to add a message when client tries to call such as “this business may prefer written
messages”.

Not badThere should be God settings like on any app. Some features I do not require so I would like to be able to disable completely out
of one’s mind or change. For an example, left swipe deletes instead of having to click too many options. Quite tedious really.

adidas - Sports & Style - Product colours missing. Mostly a smooth app with all one needs. However, I am missing the mentioning of colours for the products. Is it black or dark
blue? The pictures did not help clarify. For me a must-have standard and a first to see a fashion app not to have. Hence, one star
