Can't change preset on dimmer

Why is there a setting on your motion activated dimmer switch (KS220M)? change each preset level but not in your standard smart
dimmer (HS220)? Can this be added as a feature?

The app seems fine, the smart plugs less so

Kasa/tp-link have agreed to take back my two smart plugs after patient but vain online efforts to get them to work. They work for
many people apparently but not for me.

Worked at first

Took a while but after getting a new modem the app gave issues in setting up my mini smart plug. After several tries of
connecting to my Wi-Fi (SSID often wouldn’t list) and entering Wi-Fi password once SSID was listed (app hanging after pressing
“join”) it eventually worked.

Doesn’t work with dual band routers with bandsteer

Had to separate my wifi into 2 networks as these only connect to 2.4Gz. Super annoying having to do this only for a couple of
smart plugs.
