Whatever happened to the lightning round mode? I miss that feature of the app.

The 2 words with friends have lots more and longer ads. Also this week one of the challenges is 3 letter P in one word. First off
there are only 2 P tiles and I have looked everywhere for a word with three P and there are none that would fit with the space and
tiles. Weird

Way overpriced

The change to charging ridiculous fees or seeing endless, repetitive, poorly-produced ads is a deep disappointment. This used to
be a great game. Now it’s just an exercise in money-grubbing.

Update

I’ve used your app for years, and have loved it. The latest update, however, has made it ridiculously slow and makes me want to
delete it!!! Please fix it soon so I can go back to enjoying it again.

New update isn’t good.

The past four days when I have collected my free coins for the day, I have not gotten the coins. It says that I’ve claimed them,
but my coin total has not changed.
The ads now take a ridiculous amount of time playing before I can X out of them.
Very frustrating.

Fun but ads are terrible

The game is fun but the ads are so long I just uninstalled it. More time is spent waiting for ads to end than actually playing the
game. Not worth my time.

Too many long ads

There are ads between each and every game and some are long. I will watch the short ads, but when I see it’s a long one I exit
the game and restart. I think if sponsors were aware of that they would shorten their ads to reach more people.

Love the game but…

When I beat my high score it updates wrong my new high score is 333 but I shut the app and restarted it and it put 322 . No big
deal just annoying!

I would like to just play the games with my family. I have no interest in league games, clubs, or such. My screen is stuck on your
league site. I think this is rather pushy. Kindly let me get back to playing the regular games. Thank you, Beverly Myers

Way too many ads

I used to play the original words with friends and had a blast, i downloaded this game to play again but lord does it have ads!
What really made me delete it right away is the fact that they want you to subscribe to a monthly “pass” to remove ads? Yeah
no thanks…

Word Has Too Many Extras

For someone who just wants to play the game, all these computer driven opponents popping up is just as bad as the ads. I paid to
not have ads so don’t give me those either. I just want to play my own friends. The game itself is good, just get rid of all the
extra fluff. It is annoying.

Lost its way

Used to be fun to play with friends and family. Now it’s just filled with annoying pop ups and attempts to get me to play random
challenges. It’s been kind of ruined unfortunately.

Ads

About every third update they change the ads so even though my phone is on silent the ads still blast sound. They need to fix this
fast.

Reduce the ads and pop ups.

Wayyyy tooo many ads, random pop ups, it is distracting from playing! I don’t remember it being this bad before. Reduce the ads
and random pop up messages that take over the screen. I get trapped into other apps when the x doesn’t appear to close them
out! What a time waster.

HELP!!

I can only play one turn goes to the ad and that’s when I’ve got to shut down my phone. I am using the most recent version.

Purple tickets

What’s with the purple tickets? I have some, never use them and they disappear. They are needed for some games and I can’t
seem to collect them as they disappear

The ads for royal match are making me want to delete the app. Seriously forcing an interactive app is beyond annoying and I’m

I couldn't ignore the amount of ads there are. Literally every time you play a word, there's an ad. It's very annoying and often
makes me stop playing because I get tired of the constant ads.

Solo challenge and constant ads taking away the fu

Used to love the solo challenge... frustrating to play now with having to wait so long to progress. That with the constant

The app regularly freezes up. I think if they got rid of the flighty things like stickers then app could run smoother. Less junk,

Fun but the ads will drive you insane

This is a free game, and I understand the need for ads, but the ads are constant, some are 30 seconds, and some get stuck, so you
have to close out of the app, then reopen, then find your game to keep laying.

Rivals

Love words with friends but so tired of getting hung up in Rivals and losing an opportunity to score. It makes it look like
I’ve resigned, which I would never do. I’m not losing internet service. What gives??

Why did they change it

I used to love this game but they changed the solo challenge and now I hate it! It wasn’t broke so they shouldn’t have
“fixed” it! It was my favorite part of the app. Hopefully they won’t mess with anything else.

Old game best

All the new features, like playing against the computer and different tile colors are a waste of time.
It’s frustrating that you accept so many obscure foreign and capitalized words but not well known others

Scammers

There are too many scammers on this game app. Sometimes I’ll get 5-10 scammers a week who invite me to play then within a few
rounds they want to chat on hangouts or WhatsApp. Please screen the jerks!!

Advertising glitch

I don’t mind the advertisements, but the door dash one constantly won’t let me “x” out of it once it is finished- very
frustrating!

Same thing with Lyft ad- no place to “x” out of it.
