3 star game, reminds me of the old kongregate free

The developer did an ok job learning from his inspirations and made a game that’s passable. It plays like an above average
student project.

I suppose the game is in its semi baked state cause the developer got government and crowd funding money, so felt satisfied with
keeping it good enough.

Might play this on Steam instead

There's no zoom-in capability on iPhone, so sometimes I'm trying to confirm missions or research, but end up selecting one of the
commanders at the bottom. Gets annoying, might need a stylus just to properly play this game.

Buggy

Would give 5 stars but game-breaking bug prevents me from doing so. When trying to level up officers skills the bottom row can not
be accessed. You can try to tap on the bottom skills but it takes you out of the skills screen.
