Internet connectionThe ability to be online in your stores is non existent. My phone connects immediately if not in your stores. Stop building so
many stores and rebuild your digital infrastructure.
Having issues with log inKeep
Having issues with the log in keeps giving error messages. And problems linking Ibotta with my
Loyalty account.
CouponsWish I could see the coupons I clipped in a section like it used to be filtered.
AvailabilityThe 2 Dollar Generals in my town are never stocked with items. There are always boxes of unpacked boxes blocking the aisles.
Please hire more workers so that the employees have time to stock shelves.
CouponsYou need to have an add all coupons rather one by one add
CouponsCoupons aren’t as good as they use to be.
Need to add some features.Please add these features:
Show on map stores that have self check out & offer veggies & fruit.
Stop canceling orders.
Stores claim they don’t cancel.
Need cancel button if Saturday order goes below 25 $ & 5$ coupon drops off.
Add which day will pick up. If miss day picked.
Clean local storesYour stores are in horrible condition and way under stocked and need to pay employees more and get better employees to stock and
run registers. The self checkout is stupid!! Get rid of it!
Coupons&PenniesA lot of great coupons to save money in the economy nowadays however, right now out of all stores there are in my area I can not
set my store location. On top of that I can not use my cart right now so I have to do everything in my head to use the coupons.
Can’t log inI forgot my password but the only way to get in now is with my email. I don’t know what email I used and now my account is
locked. Just let me use my phone number to retrieve my password!
Out of stock itemsPlease fix the out of stock items! There are 5 dollar general stores in my small county and none of them are accurate for in
stock/out of stock items! It’s very frustrating!
WiFiI use your app often for coupons! The WiFi in the store is horrible!!! You need to make it better so you can add to your
coupons!! I really would appreciate your fixing that!
