Point of coins

I may be confused but what’s the point of coins? It seems I can’t use them to get anything. Only shows I have 979 coins but

Day starter

I used to love this game, I don’t know what happened. The puzzles I work for the Bonus do not register. The puzzles will not
download some days. I have deleted and reinstalled 2 times and still I cannot get all the puzzles to download. What a
disappointment!

Frustration

I have complained numerous times that I cannot download puzzles. I can play the daily but not the free puzzle nor any other to
download.
I am still having the problem!!!!!

Same as Words with Friends

I’d give it 5 stars but the subscription model is too expensive per month. It’s not worth $9.99 per month to get rid of the
ads. So I’ll just turn down the volume and let the ads run.
Make it around $5 per month or maybe $25 annually and I’ll subscribe and rate at 5 stars

Pop up ads cover first 3-5 rows of puzzle and back but not enough time figure out words.

I used to love this game BUT now most days the ads hang down over the first few puzzle answer boxes and you can not see where to
answer it. I have written for tech help but nothing has answered my questions.

Blank task boxes again

I said I would complain every time the task boxes were blank after a few days working fine again 2 days in a row the boxes are
blank!! Hope this latest update fixes this problem ! Love the app but this problem keeps appearing every week

Points

Why award points if you suddenly lose them when you have never used any. I’ve had an accumulation of points suddenly disappear
with no explanation.
Sometimes when completing a puzzle it freezes which eliminates number of continuous solves.

The ads lately have been ridiculously frustrating to exit out of. Some ads you have to click out of in 5 or 6 different places to
get it to close. This is the first time I’ve actually thought about deleting the app. It’s fun but not worth it.

Rewards

I enjoy the game especially when word seeker is a bonus however, every time I attempt to collect my coins from rewards I never
receive them. Never. I’d appreciate my coins! I do not want to buy coins when I have earned them!!

Ad Free Not Available

The Did You Know section keeps saying,”You can enjoy crosswords without ads, now available in the shop”. But the option is not
there. I would pay for the game for a reasonable amount, I just need the option to show.

Bugs

This game is really fun but I get really annoyed when I lose my streak of over 100 days because the game wouldn’t load on any of
my devices. This is not the first time this has happened. It’s very annoying and needs to be corrected.

Goodbye after 5 years

I cannot take the ads anymore. They seem to have gotten more frequent & last longer. Since there’s not a way to permanently
remove them I think I’m calling it quits.

No longer can turn :( The ‘extra’ puzzles are hard to navigate.. before we’re easy..
Previously had a way to highlight a correct ‘big’ answer.. they no longer do this…

Where are our friends?

The newest update has deleted the family and friends list that I was used to seeing. I miss it and would like it to be reinstated.
I always looked forward to seeing if my sister had done the daily puzzle and how long it took to complete.

Really liked it before redesign. Now has too much graphics and is confusing compared to old design. Navigation is no longer
intuitive.
