They do not honor their cancellation policyThey have extremely slow customer service and it ended up ruining part of my vacation while I waited for them to respond. Then
they didn’t honor their cancellation policy. I would advise using a different service.
App Doesn't Show Departure PointsWhen I was trying to book tours through the app, I wasn't able to view meeting/departure points. I had to use the regular website
to see fine details.

Searching Is FrustratingViator has many wonderful tours and the checkout is easy. Their search engine doesn’t work well when you want a specific type of
tour n a specific city. Also, when you have a search and check for more info about a tour, and then go back, it brings you back to
the top of the list.
PriceThe prices that show up on the website, do not reflect the end price that is expected to pay. It doubles. That is not transparent.
Generally good app, but…… many of the activities do not offer enough detail. And some of the activities only have one or two reviews. Doesn’t instill
full confidence — but so far, I’m reasonably satisfied.
DisappointedReceived an email requesting I download the VIATOR app, which I did the next day, to get 15% off my next tour. I downloaded the
app and reserved a tour in Rome. Whilst checking out, I put in the code to get the 15% discount. The web site said the code had
expired. Very disappointed!
Good app but you cannot see details of trip bookedGood app but after booking if you pull up your tour, you cannot see what the details are - what to expect!
.Only giving it a 3 because I accidentally cancel a booking and it was impossible to fix the situation according to the advisor …
