Erudition is an education game app, developed by Michael Hungate, available on iOS and Android since its release in July 2022. The updated version 3.6.0 is now available to download, compatible with iOS 16.0+ and Android 10+. Before downloading this app, let's quickly review what Erudition has to offer.

About Erudition

A Word Game, Number Game, and Math Equation Game…Erudition!

With NO ads while playing.

The Word Game generates a new mystery word each day for you to guess. You have a choice of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 letter English words and 4, or 5 letter Spanish words.

Get the definition of the English words when the game is completed to help expand your vocabulary.

Get the English translation of the Spanish words when the game is completed to help you learn different Spanish words.

If you get stuck during the game, press the hints button to be given a word to use. So never worry about not being able to complete a game.

The Number Game generates 3, 4, or 5 digit mystery number each day in your choice of only prime or all numbers.

The Math Equation Game generates a math mystery equation to guess each day with both addition & subtraction or multiplication & division or all four operations in 6, 7, or 8 tile equations. Excellent for youngsters just learning how to add & subtract or multiply & divide.

What's new in version 3.6.0

Genius word games were added in addition to the English and Spanish word games. This will be a 4 and 5-letter English word game for people that have a large vocabulary and want an extra challenge because it will include all 4 and 5-letter words where the regular English games only contain common words. Even if you only have an average vocabulary, you might want to play because at the end you are given the definition of the answer, so you have the opportunity to learn a new word each day.
A soft HINTS button was added that only builds the HINTS list and does not select a word from the list. This is available when Hints is active and the HINTS list has not been created because an unfinished game has been selected or Hints was not active when previous guesses were entered.
When a player uses HINTS to get a guess to use, the definition will be displayed for the given hint word selected. This will only be for regular and genius English word games and when the Show Definition feature is turned on.
