La dinámica del juego es muy simple e interactiva.
Únicamente tienes que acelerar y esquivar los baches que van apareciendo frente a ti, así como los autos que sin previo aviso le lanzaran hacia ti, algo muy similar a lo que realmente sucede en la ciudad donde Toluca Drive esta inspirado.

Se reparo el problema que se tenia cuando se desbloqueaban nuevos autos, el juego comenzaba a mover los autos de manera inadecuada.
