Track and field is a sport which includes athletic contests established on the skills of running and jumping. Gymnastics is a sport involving the performance of exercises requiring strength, flexibility, balance, agility, endurance and control. Swimming is an individual or team sport and activity. Competitive swimming is one of the most popular summer sports. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of two or six players are separated by a net.

Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. Soccer (football) is a sport played between two teams of eleven players with a spherical ball. It is played by 250 million players in over 200 countries and dependencies, making it the world's most popular sport. High diving is the act of diving into water from relatively great heights.
