About Offline Chess
Play Chess without Internet
You can use Offline Chess to play chess with your friends and family offline.
You can play on one device or two devices.
In "One Device" mode, the screen is split into two boards, so both players get a comfortable view of the position (no more upside-down pieces!).
In "Two Device" mode, moves are sent between your devices using peer-to-peer data transfer. It's like playing online, but with no need for an internet connection or even a router. (Remember to keep your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi active for the data transfer to work).
You can play Offline Chess on iPhone, iPad and Mac. It works seamlessly between all of these devices in any combination.
We hope you'll enjoy using Offline Chess. If you have any feedback, we'd love to hear it, please contact us using the contact details on the app.
