Great motivation. Like having a personal trainer at my constant disposal. I'm on the go with business and travel and this app keeps me active when
otherwise I would not be. Great value.
So far...... 7 minutes really?!? It went by so quick! My wife was watching the kids in the tub and I popped in a fast work out, so simple. Only
issue why I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the alarm won't work to prompt me to remember. I set a phone alarm instead. Great
