Did you realize that your new iPhone or iPod touch includes an invention of the industrial revolution? The gyroscope, invented by Johann Bohnenberger in 1817, is a device used to measure orientation in a 3D environment. The gyroscope has evolved to the point where a miniaturized version can now be included in a mobile phone. While you may have already had some fun with your last iPhone or iPod's built-in accelerometer, you're about to enjoy a whole new realm of apps and games thanks to the gyroscope.
Gyro Draw allows you to sketch via motion. Isolate the gyroscope or the accelerometer and have a little fun learning about how these components track motion in your new iPhone.

Very cool. Very cool use of both gyroscope and accelerometer.I like how it explains how it works!
Pretty hard. Maybe it will be a fun app, when I master this drawing technique. For now it is not fun but...
Its a great app to test out th. It is hard to be precise to actually draw anything though.
